Razer blade 15 making noises (like overclocking) when charging

hi im a new owner of razer blade 15 laptop, and recently whenever i charge my laptop when the power is on the laptop will start making so much noises as if its running a very heavy program. but i was not opening anything at all. when i plug out the charger the sound seem to fade away. is this supposed to be normal? i tried restarting my laptop and stuff but its still making noises and no, the battery is not full when im charging it any help will be appreciated! thank you!
