Why does my left earbud have no audio on my Razer Kraken X?
My brand new Razer Kraken X has no volume on the left earbud. I play on Nintendo Switch, and it bothers me that I can't here out of my left ear.

SammySauresRexWere there any changes made to the device before the issue? Please connect it to a computer or device and check if it behaves the same. Otherwise, send me the serial number of your Kraken X via PM should the issue persists.
