Razer surround.exe not found at startup

So i was disinstalling Razer Surround from my computer. After this, everytime i boot the computer, and every couple of minutes i have this popup coming on the screen saying "unable to find razer surround.exe". Every razer program is currently uninstalled, removed any residue with CCleaner too, can't find the issue. I even tried to reinstall the program to see if this re-add the .exe to that location, it's not working. Anybody know how to solve this?
