Razer Phone 2 NO RINGING ON INBOUND CALLS!

My Razor Phone 2 does NOT RING, on ANY inbound calls, texts, emails, notifications of any kind! I'm on MrtroPCS by TMobile, this has been going on for (?) maybe a year now! I'm disabled, with TBI, I live alone, so I MUST have a phone that rings, for my own safety! I've checked, re-checked settings, ringtones, volume, muting, you name it, & can't find any problems, carrier isn't problem, my back-up phone works fine,(a ZTE), but I need this Razer to work, it's my main device for everything! I have no PC, to backup phone, plus, I can't stand or walk anyway, to get to anything! Help!

    Were there any changes made to your phone before the issue? Have you performed a hard reset on your Razer Phone 2? Let's try to fix the issue by following the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps.
