My Razer Deathadder essential keeps randomly Disconnecting and Reconnecting

Ok so this has been a huge problem for me... While im in the middle of a game my mouse keeps disconnecting and then reconnect after a few secs and so does my keyboard (keyboard is not razer) And it happens 2 times every minute while using (HYPERSHIFT) but it happens less often when not using hypershift, and why does new profiles keep being created all the time!? does my mouse hate me?

    Was this working fine before? Were there recent updates made to your PC and Synapse before this problem happen? For now, do a clean reinstallation of your Razer Synapse by following the steps from this page. Send me a PM if you need further assistance.
