I've recently bought a kraken pro v2, and every time I try to register the product it always says please try again. The product number is shown whenever I enter the serial number. Can someone help me get a working activation code so that I can use the 7.1 surround sound feature.

    Do note that the Razer Kraken Pro V2 headset used to have a surround sound feature. However, the module for the surround sound has been discontinued. Currently, only the newer versions of the product get 7.1 Surround Sound support. In any case, please send me the serial number of your headset so I can help you with registration. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
