RAZER NARI ESSENTIAL DOESEN'T WORK ON NINTENDO SWITCH
Hi, a few days ago I bought some Razer Nari Essential wireless headphones and tested them on Nintendo Switch to see if they worked well. The first two days I had no problems, but the third day, headphones were no longer (nor are they) able to connect to the dongle when it is on the Switch.
It is worth mentioning that on PC they do work
I would like to know the reason for this, because I have been quite worried and angry for a few days, thank you.

Have there been any changes to your Nintendo Switch? You will want to contact the console's support team since this is looking more like a platform issue. Do try to run our pairing utility on PC from here and see if that helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need further assistance.
