Activation code for 7.1 surround sound scratched off
Hello and sorry for wasting time i would like to know if i could get a generated code since the inbox code is hard to read since it is pretty pore quality would a bank statement work as proof of purchase my mum purchased it online and cant seem to find a digital receipt i can try look when she gets back.

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.
If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.
We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread
Prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
Allow me to check on that code. Hopefully, I can still recognize it. Also, please send me the following:
