Synape doesn't show the running applications

Hello there I've the Razer Nari Essential and I'm struggling with synape. HX Spatial must normally show the programmes that are running, so that the user can change the type of output sound. My THX spatial does nothing! It isn't showing any applications that are opened. I also run it as admin. I tried reinstalling Synapes, due to thisThx Spatial worked again. BUT it only worked for 30min. I had restarted my pc and it didný work anymore. Advice? Thanks!

    also have similar issue, mine doesn't detect some games. Would seem its the Synapes 3 software is just broken and badly designed. this from my search has been an issue since 2019 so I would guess that Razer actually doesn't really give a damn about gamers as it still hasn't fixed the issue. Don't worry a Razer fan boy will be on shortly to tell you to reinstall your OS or something like that! I really thought Razer was going to be a premium product with good support and software, sadly I was wrong.
