hi, my razer kraken was purchased recently but the surroudn sound activation code is unreadable and im not sure what to do...

      No worries! I’ll guide you towards requesting a new code since the one you have is unreadable. I just need you to send me a PM of the following information so I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf: 1. A photo of the unreadable activation card. 2. The original box that shows the device’s serial number. 3. A photo or copy of your proof of purchase.
