Blackshark v2 horrible audio

The audio is as I said horrible. Sounds like I'm listening through a tin can. Absolutely no bass what so ever. I've tried just about everything and nothing seems to work. Also the THX spatial audio app wont work either. Tried reinstalling, looking for drivers, been in the sound controls, downloaded new firmware. I'm at a loss at this point.

    Try the steps here for fixing audio issues. Make sure both the Synapse application and Windows OS are up to date as well. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can look for other workarounds or forward this to our Software Team if necessary. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
