Razor Synapse 3 does not detect Docking Station of Racer Viper Ultimate

    I should add some information: I followed the vid published by Razor for this problem, but problem remained unsolved. Any other idea wold be fine.....

    i just purchased a razer viper ultimate today with the charging dock included in the box. the mouse works fine and detected in synapse but the charging dock doesn't! the charging dock RGB doesn't even light up, BUT it does charge my mouse when i put my VU on it. any solutions for this???

    Check your cable if it's properly inserted into the dock (it goes deep inside the dock), maybe it's loose. If it's OK, plug dock into other USB 3.0 or above port directly on the motherboard.
