Set my mouse on the charger and went afk for ~2.5 hours (leaving the pc on) and the mouse only charged about 10%, is this normal? What’s the expected charge rate for this combo?

you should connect your Mouse dock Pro to a USB 3.0 slot and not USB 2.0. Check your cable is connected correctly and push a bit the cable.
i bought for me a USB Hub with a power supply. now it’s charging very very fast. if you want to buy one, don’t forget to check that should be USB 3.0 with an external power supply.

I have a same problem, i calculate charging 7% an 30 mins with dock stations pro in USB 3 or USB 3.2 gen.
7-8H approximatively for charging full (100%) not 4-5h annouced by razer.

inductive charging is much slower than per cable. you can try that with iphone with his magsafe too. it is inefficient. every inductive charing products gets very hot because of that. but with more power, you can charge faster. really try my tip from 1 reply before to buy a usb hub with an own power supply. if you buy that at amazon, you can refund the usb hub if that doesn’t work.
i can charge now much faster and I’m happy. i just waiting for the firmware update for the bugged lightning for mouse dock pro. after shutdown mouse dock pro lights doen’t shut down.
