I can't save the profile to the razer viper ultimate's internal memory

I made my profile with the DPI and light settings and added to the mouse memory but after turning off the razer synapse returns to the basic settings. I've seen similar topics with this problem but there is no answer anywhere, does anyone know how to do this?

Try to manually drag & drop your profile(s) into onboard memory - it’s described under 8th point on this manual: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1893

i know how to do it, i've done it a few times but it still doesn't work.

So you can try Synapse clean re-install if you haven’t done it yet:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I dont know what where is the problem, still doesnt work.
