So I have the Razer Kraken Pro V2. I had bought it from the EU Razer Store and Neither in the packaging nor when i registered it did it give me a Surround code. Now, How can I redeem that code?

If you have registered it and did not receive a code via email, please send me a PM together with the email address associated with your Razer ID and the serial number of your headset.
