razer viper mini fake or real?

I bought razer viper mini in legit store. It isn't recognised by Synapse 3 and I can't register it, couse serial number not recognised.

Because you have been scammed. This is counterfeit, so it doesn't have any good sensor, will have some unknown,cheap switches etc.
