Cant install Razer Synapse 3?

Hey forum users so i bought a Razer Black widow 2019 and installed synapse 2 cuz its my first time using razer products and actually my razer death adder elite works with synapse 2 and i can change the settings and also the colours but unfortunately my razer black widow does not so i decided to install synapse 3 and i dont know why but i cant install it correctly. Everytime i press the download button the launcher gets downloaded so everything fine then i open the launcher and confirm that i want every extra with razer synapse after that step razer synapse gets downloaded in 1 sec from 0 mb to 418 mb and the time display says 4 mins but after waiting and waiting nothings happens. i tried to reinstall and also to turn off my anti virus and firewall programm but nothing happend. i restarted and reinstalled it like 10 times. i dont know why i cant install that software maybe someone can help me cuz i didnt see any similar thread. It would be great if someone could actually help me cuz i just want to change the shitty colour of my keyboard on green, this fade effect pisses me off lol
