Hello everyone, I’m facing a major problem with my Basilisk X Hyperspeed. The Bluetooth option abruptly stopped functioning and is unable to activate Bluetooth.
Nothing happened when I turned the switch back to OFF and then back to BT mode. Not even the standard mode-switching button blinking blue. In BT mode, the LED remains black and does not blink. Tried to enter pairing mode with 4+5+mode combination—nothing. Changed 5 batteries—no changes. When you enter dongle mode, everything is alright and working perfectly. However, it does not go into pairing mode when you switch to Bluetooth mode, and the blue LED does not blink as it did previously. Every device I attempted to pair with had this problem. Paired mouse was deleted before any attempt to pair again.
Attempting to press the left+mwheel+right button combination caused the blue led to blink quickly, and the mouse with the name "dfubasilisk" appeared among the devices that could be connected. However, this is not the default mode; after I connect, the "dfubasikisk" device is merely added to the list of devices that can be paired, but that is all that happens, and the mouse is not usable normally.
Kind of in a panic to solve the issue. Firmware is the last version. Battery is 108% not the issue, because the same batteries are working perfectly on different Basilisk X mice in BT mode. I would be very grateful if someone could help me resolve the problem.
