Hi,

I have had my Mouse the deathadder v3 pro for about a year after about 3 months the scroll wheel will jump up when scrolling down. I heard it was the encoder at fault and the blow method on the left side worked periodically but that temporary fix is not working anymore. Can i submit it for warranty repair? I know it has 2 years. So I’m wondering if I can get it repair or should I just toss it out. Feels like a waste of money tbh. If I can’t get it fixed I will probably stop buying razer. Terrible quality for a supposed top quality item.

If you still have valid warranty - RMA It.

If not, then new scroll encoder will fix the problem (requires soldering).
