Razer Naga Trinity freeze on profile switch, and keyboard keys get 'stuck'

I had this issue for a while, where my mouse sometimes freezes and keys get stuck randomly. I recently discovered, that when I play fast paced games, where I pick up and slam my mouse regularly while turning (like Overwatch), the profile button on the bottom of the mouse gets pushed, when I place my mouse on the desk, and that causes the issues. It’s pretty annoying, when the mouse freezes for ~2 seconds mid game, and it happens every time a profile switching happens by accident. Sometimes even some keyboard keys get stuck (non Razer keyboard), specifically the D and E keys, or the Ctrl and Alt keys, always in pair. When this happened I had to restart the PC to unstuck the keys, now I know a better workaround, I close the razer app, and switch profile again with the mouse button, and the issue goes away.

Is there a way to disable this profile button? It's not great design to place it on the bottom of the mouse. Or will any software updates arrive in the future to address these issues?"
