I love the viper v3 pro but the sensor is so bad right now fix it please

What do you mean by “sensor is bad”.

Are you on the latest firmware https://rzr.to/3tqyk9 v1.12.01_r1 ?

Yes im on the latest firmware and ive reset my drivers and everything nothing works the sensor is like not picking up  sometimes

I’d check different smart-tracking settings.

Also clean the mouse hole/sensor and I’d try different surface.

If you have the same problem problem I had, which is  sometimes a movement delay after lifting the mouse. I have found the fix. 

 

You go into razer synapse, mouse, calibration, the check the box where it says "Enable Assymetric Cut-off". 

 

After this I never have any problem with the sensor. Before I used to think hair got stuck in the sensor something.
