Only one of the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds is connecting to my phone and playing music. How do I fix this?

Try disconnect it from device, and place both buds back in the case. charge it for 10-15 minutes, and restart the pairing procedure. if you can try with a different device first, and make sure its working before trying again with the original device you were having issues with.

It does not work

Try looking in your phones settings. Is the music app open when it auto plays?

You'll want to start by making sure both have enough power, charge them for 15 minutes or so before trying them again. PM me if the problem persists.
