Hello community. here when I want to update my wish list on Razer, there is what is displayed. 1 You do not have permission to import. Please change the privacy settings of your store account to public mode click here! 2 when i click click here. there is a page that appears. Sorry! An error occurred while processing your request: Specified profile not found. this is what my steam level is at zeros. I made sure that my profile is visible to everyone. but it changes nothing. is there a solution Thank you.

Is this for Cortex Mobile or PC? Do you mind sharing screenshots of this, so we can better understand your situation?
