DeathAdder V2 and internal memory

Hello everybody! For 10 years I used the Razer Mamba mice 2009 and 2012 versions. Magnificent mouse for all time! Yesterday I bought a new DeathAdder V2 because its shape like the old Mamba. I want to save the basic settings - sensitivity, buttons and backlight - in the local profile (in the device’s internal memory). I set everything up, everything is fine. Until turn off Synapse 3. All settings except the backlight are successfully saved. But the backlight settings are not. I am confused, because in the old Mamba all settings were saved normally. There is not a word about this in the manual. What am I doing wrong?

This is not an issue, but a design choice. The mouse needs Synapse to control the lighting effects. Without the app, it will revert to default lighting.

From here, you сап change your device's settings such as button assignment, DPI sensitivity, and lighting. Changes made under this tab are automatically saved to your system and cloud storage however, you need to click the Save button to open the storage slots for you Razer device's on-board memory then drag and drop the profiles you want to store.

This implies that Synapse is running, and you're in the mouse tab. Yes, you can opt to save the changes made under this tab to your onboard memory. But the fact of the matter is, the default lighting built into the firmware will take over if the lighting controller, in our case, Synapse, is offline.

#3 - All lighting effects are driven by Synapse itself. This allows us to add support for new effects to devices, play effects across devices, update effects based on community feedback and free up the processing power on the input devices (their own microprocessors) taken up by driving lighting effects.

It's bad :-( I don't need any backlighting effects. I carry a mouse with me all the time and work with it on other computers. Changing colors irritate me. I just wanted to save ONE color, this is one 8-bit memory cell and it does not require microprocessor power. Can I turn off the backlight altogether? In general, are there mouse models that can write down ALL basic settings, including one-color backlighting?

As I said, any lighting changes will need Synapse running in the background to take effect - default aside.
