Razor Ripsaw HD SLOBS Audio Issues

Hello, I've been having issues getting audio in SLOBS(Stream Labs OBS) for both my gaming PC and my Switch. For both PC and Switch, I've gone through all the settings in Stream Labs multiple times to try and fix it. I've also used voicemeeter to try and get audio from my gaming PC as well as selecting the Ripsaw as default speaker/playback for both my streaming and gaming PC at the same time. I've been searching for 4 hours for a way to fix this, but I'm at wits end. I even tried OBS and got nowhere with it. Thank you for any help you can provide! Even if it's just getting it to capture Switch audio, I'll take it Also, how do I change my user name?

I set it up just as the instructions said, also it was determined through live chat that the hardware functions fine. Here is a picture showing the current issue. I am unable to configure the Ripsaw HD to HDMI+AUX as suggested by SLOBS support. It also seems that the Ripsaw is being detected as a webcam for some reason.

Updating a bit late, but the issue has been fixed. My Motherboards USB hub was to blame. fixed it with a PCIe USB extender
