it's never happened before and now again...
I was happy to buy a new Blade, but the problems begun from the beginning....
My first order was cancelled by the reason of Razer fraud protection - that I was told from Support.
Guys, you sell laptops for $3k and you suppose you can cancel orders? - ok. May be this is some new super service that I need to submit a new order and pay with another method.
My Second order- Submitted! Yah! Success! I'm sitting and waiting tracking.
I got tracking number and I found that my order was shipped outside from US. What? I made I purchase on US web site and merchant on US territory, I don't care about you logistic but import duty it's your, isn't it?
and the last... CLEARANCE DELAY - Commercial Invoice is incomplete - Seriously? Please Contact Fedex and provide all necessary paperwork.
