the serial number on my headphones wont work

I cant register my headphones they are the kraken 7.1 v2 chroma

Did you make sure you are typing the serial number correct? Sometimes it is hard to notice the difference between a zero and a "O" I find. Also, does the headset appear in Synapse 2 when it is plugged in?
