Mouse Razer Mamba TE


before yesterday I bought a mouse and sometimes it moves alone and moved away from now it does not move, but the buttons How do you fix this?

Hello there. Just to clarify, did you mean that the buttons respond to clicks properly but the Mamba TE has tracking issues? If so, have you tried to reset the surface calibration? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

Also, make sure the wire isn't caught on anything. The slightest bit of tension on the wire can cause mouse movement. As these mice are so sensitive this movement can be noticeable!

Im having almost the same problem, but more, the mouse just stop like every 2 minutes and the mouse lookd like he is drunk right now, he is not moving straight

Have you tried to reset the surface calibration? Also, please try to clean the sensor, If the same thing still persists, PM me the serial number. Let's continue there.
