Razer Kraken TE - Game not working!!!!

I have set in the sounds menu for [razer kraken te - game] to be my default device and [razer kraken te - chat] to be my default communication device, but nowIi can only hear sound out of the chat option? The mic on my headset is also really low even though i have all the settings turned to max. Please help i can only hear things from discord and nothing else.

    Hello. Have you tried adjusting the Game/Chat balance? You should be able to find it on the USB Audio Enhancer.
