- Kindly uninstall Razer Synapse from your PC and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders may hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them. We want to ensure that there are no residual files remaining that may corrupt your installation. This is important so please do so. Restart your computer afterwards.
- Go into device manager, go to Keyboards/Audio inputs and outputs/Mouse and other pointing devices, uninstall HID Keyboard/Mouse Drivers and all other Razer product drivers, and restart your PC. (Be sure to select delete drivers as well when uninstalling.) (Possibly not necessary, I didn't do this because after trying this I wasn't able to use my mouse/keyboard to navigate to each driver I had to uninstall, and to restart the PC.)
- Turn off all Firewall and Anti-virus software to prevent any conflicts. Download and install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework (4.5 or higher) at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 (In some cases, you may need to uninstall the older version on your system). Restart your computer again. (Only do this if you don't have the latest version.)
- Install the latest version of Razer Synapse that can be downloaded from the link below, and restart your computer again.
Possible fixes for THX Spatial Audio buzzing problem. (SUPPORT PLEASE READ!)

This post is a post including information gathered from other posts and personal troubleshooting.
This took me quite a while but I still think I should help other people fixing the common problem with the Razer Nari Ultimate/Razer Nari/Razer Kraken TE or any other Razer THX Spatial Audio included product, in which there is a loud buzz coming out of the headset when instead you should hear sound.
Example of the sound.

I am going to give you numerous possible fixes for this problem below:
I can not guarantee you these fixes/steps will solve your problem entirely or partially.
1.
Restarting your PC could always fix your problem, try this first if you haven't yet.
2.
Plug the USB dongle into another USB-port.
3.
Plug your headset into another PC, don't be too alarmed if it works fine there, it is most probably not your PC's problem, but you should still try this. If it does not work properly on another PC, the problem might be on the hardware side, please do try other troubleshooting techniques just to make sure you might be able to fix it with those.
4.
Re-install Razer Synapse and restart your PC.
5.
Uninstall and delete all of the headset's drivers. Go to Device Manager, then find audio-input and -output, now delete Headset (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game), Headphone of headset (2- Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat) and Microphone of headset (2- Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat).
