Mouse freezes when switching profiles
Hello. My mouse (Razer Naga Trinity) freezes when switching profiles. About 2 seconds. I have several profiles - and every time I press the button to switch profiles and move the mouse - the cursor twitches for a two-three seconds, until the profile finally switches. Synapse 3. At the last mouse (Razer Naga Chroma) there was no such problem - i used the same synapse 3. And the profiles switched without delay and brakes. Help me please. What could be the problem? I will wait for an answer. Thank you!

Hi there, @RivalNoX! Have you tried isolating the issue by connecting the mouse to a different computer? Also, did you try to use a different user profile on Synapse?

- I created a new user profile and made two profile in Synapse. I tried to switch between them - the brakes and freezes are preserved.
- I connected the mouse to a different computer, installed the Synapse and tried there. The brakes and freezes are preserved.
- Brakes occur even when choosing a profile in the program (screenshot). And when I click on the profile select button on the mouse. The same.
