Razer Turret - Keeps disappearing from Synapse & losing connection

Hi, I received my Razer Turret for Xbox yesterday, and have been having loads of issues today. In Synapse 3, the mouse and Keyboard often disappear, and the keystrokes don't register a lot of the time, and the mouse movement stutters. Have tried different USB ports, all give the same issue. It's taken me 3 goes to write all this, as the keyboard keeps missing keystrokes...!!! Any advice is welcome - really liking both the mouse and keyboard when they work....

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Turret for Xbox's concern here. Have you tried resetting the keyboard? If you haven't, please use a paper clip and use it for pressing the reset button near the USB-C port for 5 seconds and see if it helps. Please refer to the screenshot below:
