I recently bought a razer viper to replace my Deathadder elite and while it picks up on the deathadder it wont find the viper no matter what. I have gone through and deleted and reinstalled the synapse and drivers and have done everything that has been put in support how can i fix this???

    DeathAdder elite is support by Synapse 2.0 You will need a Synapse 3.0 to support Viper

    Ah.... DeathAdder Elite is being supported by both 2.0 and 3.0 Synapse 2.0 supports Synapse 3.0 supports Try register your product through RAZER online registration If the Mouse is not detected on Windows Device Manager, try connecting your mouse to a different USB port.

    I've tried all of those including deleting and reinstalling drivers none which seemed to work only way it worked was on my laptop :/

    and the only thing i need to do is disable the right side buttons since i grip my mouse with my pinkie against one of them
