Razer Spare Parts Europe
Don't buy Razer if you want spare parts in Europe.
After being looped around and around and around, it was time to call them out. Trying to get a replacement dongle for my razer nari ultimate only got me frustration, wrong reply info and a waste of time. If you are planning on buying a razer product in Europe just don't. They don't support you, and they don't really care. After 20 days of messaging around the couldn't even answer my simple question if they have spare parts in Europe.
