Hello guys I recently bought Razer Blackshark v2 X headset when I scratching card I guess I scratch too hard now I can't read one part of code. How can I get new one? I tried to go with ID on website but I guess it's under of earcups and I don't wanna broke earcups because I am unskilled these type of things. Edit: I found my ID ı remove earcups actually it was pretty easy (not to put back though lol) So i have my everything. But I can't use it on website it didn't work also my code didn't work I need help.
