Razer Seiren X Synapse 3 Support

I got my seiren x and have had no issues with it and has worked great except I cannot seem to connect it to synapse 3. Is it not supported or is my synapse not working? Also, is it just my product or do all seiren x micro b plugs essentially hang into the port? It immediately falls out to the slightest of touches of the cord.
