Steam version of Apex Legends not in Supported Games for Squad Rewards

Since the start of this month, with the release of Season 7, Apex Legends has been released on Steam. While the Origin version of the game, named in Cortex as "Apex Legends" is in the supported games, the Steam version is not, which is named as "Apex Legends (Steam)" in Cortex. Unlike other games from EA, that were released on Steam this summer, Apex does not open a instance of Origin when launching (games such as BF4 and NFS, when launched from Steam, will open a lite version of Origin, and launch the game from there), so it will not count for the hours played as the Origin version (I believe the other games count, but not exactly sure). Considering how most supported games on Squad Rewards, allow all plataforms where they are available to count for the Squad Rewards hours, is it possible that we get, for the season 3, the Steam version of Apex in the supported games?
