I see this text when requesting an activation key: "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to the section "7.1 Surround Sound System for Gaming headset" for information on suitable products." What should I do?

This is true, because it’s using THX Spatial audio.
Just install Synapse software, and THX Spatial will be there without any activation required.
