Please be more specific - which headset do you have exactly?

Like i told it is already some years old, but still works fine too me never had problems using it on my playstation.

Since im playing more on my desktop i noticed the surround didnt work well (im using the other cables that was in the box too for desktop). So then i took the orignal box out and found there a small book with a scratch code. I did everything that was asked there but its not working.

I have both installed i tryed the code on both still doesn’t work. Also the code has on 2 zones some faults because scratched too hard i think. But can’t be much different then a O or 0 and a 9 what i tryed every option possible there.  I also don’t have the ticket from buying it anymore this is too long ago..

Is it still possible when i don’t have the receipt anymore i only have the box and the code’s..

I got a new code from registering the product. Its activated now but how do i set it up? When i click on the speaker 7.1 i dont hear nothing at all?
