I just purchased my Baracuda X about a week ago. The sound is PAINFULLY low on PC games. Had no idea I had to register the product to be able to use the 7.1 Surround Sound software, so the box is gone and I don’t have the serial number. I would love some help with this. Attempting to contact support through the website has been basically impossible. It just keeps sending me back to the same pages, instead of letting me open a case.
