So i bought this headset in October 2023 to use for my new work from home job.
Last week i noticed my mic would go out randomly when I'm on a work call. I would be in the middle of a call and my mic would just cut off out of no where. i could still hear everything but my mic was not picking up my voice. Its super frustrating and i need this headset for work.
I tried updating the headset last night however the issue still continues today. I'm really sad about this headset giving me so many issues. I recommended this headset to a bunch of my coworkers too.
Please help. I really love this headset but i need the mic to be consistent for work calls.
