Audio equalizer is not working. Changing preset does not make any difference.

Anything under enhancement tab is not working. Bass boost, sound normalization and voice clarity are not working.

THX Spatial audio, it is not working too… In demo tab, changing between stereo and thx spatial audio does not make any difference.

Changing between stereo and thx spatial audio under sound tab, it does not make any difference too.

And the microphone… Mic preview button and enhancement settings are not working.

Things I’ve done: uninstalled the software, used driver cleanup tool to clean drivers, removed every single razer file/folder, removed every single razer and thx device from the device manager, did a reset from synapse>settings tab. I have updated firmware too.

Also, when you reset, profile list does not refresh, and you have to restart the app to see that.

Another thing, programs that play audio or video gets stuck and not working when usb plugged in.

I have the same problem. No sound. The microphone of the headphones is not working. I tried everything but it doesn't work. Razer should fix this problem.

My headset is Razer kraken v3 hypersense.

 

Same for me, this update is awful and im probably just gonna go buy a new headset from another brand

I don't know what to do, everything is very expensive in the country I live in. 150 dollar headphones are here 5k price

Same here, I have Blackshark V2 and they didn’t fix the problem at all. 

I deleted razer synapss and reinstalled it and the sound started coming. Things I did: 1. Delete Razer synapse 2. Install and log in 3. Open a thx test video via Razer Synapse. I hope your problem is solved.

Doing a clean Windows installation solved my problem.

I am wondering if we need to be having windows 11 for this to work. I have the BLACKSHARK v2 PRO and the same problem, I don't even see my headphone device in the Razer synapse app. it did at the beginning and then it disapear and its not showing it anymore
