Posted this in the support channel, no response and hoping to get some help here.
The title says it all. Regardless of changes made to the EQ, the audio is not rich or full at all. Its thin and very tinny - audio is very much the same. When I check the default format for the mic it only offers 1 channel 16 bit 48K hz or 1 channel 16 bit 16K hz - Essentially DVD or Tape recorder quality. Is this an audio driver issue - Realtec? Is this connected to an issue with Synapse?
Anyone else experience this and get it resolved??
