Blackshark V2 Pro wireless range and static

Good Day,

I recently bought the BlackShark V2 pro as it had great reviews. It sounds amazing, its comfy but i upgraded because i wanted wireless. This is totally disappointing. I am lucky if I get 15-20 feet away before it starts beeping at me ( the sound there is a range issue) a fetch from the 90 or 120 whatever is claimed. I live out in the country, no major intereferance, I can go all the way through my house with my google pixel buds bluetooth, and I have a logitech work headset which is wireless, same deal.

Anyone else having these issues? also I get static once in a while too, this is literally sitting at my desk ive seen other posts on this around spatial audio so i disabled that and it definitely helped.
