Blackshark v2 x quietly and Sourrund Sound doesn't work

i got my new Blackshark v2 x yesterday and i'm still trying to get it to work.
My first problem is that the sound volum is realy quietly, in compare my old headset (hyperx) was 10x louder. All is on max including the turn thingy on the left speaker.
And my second problem is much more crazy. i downloaded the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound AppEngine and followed every step. Now when i'm going to youtube on firefox or chrom every video stutters, same goes for any games i tryed.
Can anyone tell meh what i do wrong here? because if this is normal thats the crappiest headset/razer product i ever used.

I got my "blackshark v2 x usb" yesterday and enabled 7.1 surround by following instructions at " https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound ". I noticed i have to have the razer 7.1 surround application running to have the sound effect active. As stated in the app, i selected the device "Speakers (7.1 surround speakers)" instead of "Speakers (Razer BlackShark V2 X USB)". I discovered i could do that quickly by clicking on the audio icon in the right corner of the windows taskbar and after that clicking on the name of the current audio device to show the list of currrent available audio devices.
I think you should first try to move audio jack from the front of computer case (asuming that that's the connector you used) to the back connector to see what happens. After that you could uninstall the razer app, restart pc, then reinstalling it. Another step is to uninstall sound drivers and other sound apps if existent. Very important: always restart pc after uninstalling an application prior to reinstalling it! Hope this helps.
