Blackshark V2X mic issues

Just got a pair of these and it sounded great! However the mic is truly terrible on discord, it keeps breaking and at certain times it cant detect any sound even when im shouting. Hope to find a solution



On the other hand, is this headphone a ready product to launch in the market with such terrible mic?

edit: solve the issue with discord, got to plug the mic into the specific mic port at the back of the pc. None of the other 3.5mm port works
