I’ve bought my Razer Opus X a few days back and decides to do a firmware upgrade using the phone app. By accident I closed the app while the firmware waas being installed. Now the headphones show no sign of life, can’t power them on nor charge. I think I may have bricked them. Do they have any factory reset button combination? I have already tried volume up and down + power button as I found that is the solution for the Razer Opus. Do you have any knowledge about this?
Hello! I was able to solve this problem! I pressed the power button for about 30 seconds, then pressed “+” and after 10 seconds “-” for 5 seconds. When I connected the charger the power indicator started blinking. After 2 minutes I turned on the headset and it connected to the phone without any problems! Perhaps my sequence is not the most correct, I hope the experts will correct me.
Можешь расписать как точно ты делал?) Не получается что-то совсем . Также в кирпич превратились через неделю когда решил через телефон обновить прошивку ( уже и аккум отсоединял и присоедниял и все кнопки зажимал. 0 реакции (

I have same issue while firmware upgrade.
I can’t power on and charging light does not turn on.
Please help me~
I was told by three people from razer support to just return the product under warranty. I guess the headphones literally get bricked if that happens.
