today i tried to register them because i want to youse 7.1 software but recieved this message:

Let me assist you with your concern. Please PM me your headset’s serial number and attach a clear copy of the store invoice so I can verify that the reseller is an authorized store. You can upload the invoice to Google Drive and set the sharing option to "Public.". Have a good one!
