hi ı have a firmware error issue on my kraken v3 hypersense  ı tried every solution on the internet to fix that issue but none of these doesnt fix  . what should ı do ?  ı bought that headphones 1 day ago and having that issue should ı go with rma ? need a help

HAHA this is Razer.. one month later.. NO ONE said a word.. gee why are sales not going through the roof.

Try these steps: Disconnect headset, then download and run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj then restart your PC. After restart connect headset again and try FW updater. Also be sure it’s at least USB 3.0 (direct USB port on motherboard, instead USB port on PC case or even worse via USB hub).

It didn't work. I reinstalled everything but it didn't solve it.
