I have the Nari Ultimate and this problem started for me two nights ago and now with the receiver connected it keeps alternating to my other audio inputs as soon as you attempt to use it to play audio or test its audio. I can confirm I am having the same issues with the Nari Ultimate Headset currently as well and have spent about 4-6 hours troubleshooting the issue and from what I have determined is it is related to a conflict with the Synapse 3.0 software. I came here to see if others are having similar issues with there Nari headsets currently as I am also currently having issues with mine.
+1Is it visible in Windows device manager? Did you’ve tried other ports or another PC?

So if you’ll uninstall Synapse, then everything is OK?
I think I tried it without Synapse installed and it still didn’t work, you are free to try it though to confirm. I know I tried with Synapse closed and it still seemed to have the same issue.
Windows is acting as though the device has a driver issue and it constantly boot the device and reloads it for me.
Although I think the issue is related to the Synapse 3.0 software I could be wrong. I am thinking its the Synapse software because that is one of the ever changing variable in this case with this headset as it is constantly being updated while most other things with this headset remain the same unless it was dropped or thrown across the room.
I am also thinking the issue relates to Synapse 3.0 software because attempting to view the device in Synapse 3.0 software has caused the issue to occur with the headset on several instances when I was troubleshooting the issue.
I believe the issue not having been resolved by now was also possibly caused intentionally to get people to buy Razer’s new headsets and move away from the Nari series of headsets that seem to have been phased out and are no longer listed on the website.
